TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Reservations of 5 nights or less will require a One Night Deposit.

• Reservations of 6 nights or more will require a 20% deposit of the total stay.

​

• The deposit is fully refundable if canceled at least 30 days before the Check In date if it’s High Season: November to Apr, or 15 days before during Regular Season: May to October.

• Changes can be made to the original reservation dates, as long as the same number of nights is maintained. In case of reducing the quantity, any change can be made with a prior notice of 14 days to avoid charging the nights that were originally reserved.
